State v. T.J.

Client charged with leaving the scene of a crime where victim was killed. After representing client and presenting client in the Grand Jury, all felony charges were dismissed by the Grand Jury and client agreed to pay a fine.

U.S.A. v. R.G.

Client was a career offender and facing life in prison for Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin and Fentanyl. The Government requested client to serve 5 to 7 years in prison. Client was sentenced to time served (approximately one month in jail.)

U.S.A. v. E.W.

Client was charged with possessing with the intent to distribute on kilogram of cocaine. The prosecutor recommended a sentence of 30 to 37 months. After the defense’s sentencing presentation, the Court imposed a sentence of probation.

State v. D.P.

Client charged with Murder and facing a minimum sentence of 30 years and maximum sentence of life in prison. Client acquitted of murder charges and instead found guilty of 2nd Degree Manslaughter (5 to 10 year sentence).

State v. K.D.

Client charged with first degree robbery and the shooting of an individual along with drug related offenses. Client’s case resolved with a one year probationary sentence and a plea to possession of a controlled substance.

U.S.A. v. E.J.

Client charged with possession of drugs and facing a mandatory minimum sentence of ten years and maximum sentence of life in prison. Case was dismissed after negotiations with the prosecutor.

State v. J.E.

Client charged with Attempted Murder, 1st Degree Robbery, 2nd Degree Robbery, and 3rd Degree theft. A jury acquitted client of Attempted Murder and 1st Degree Robbery.

State v. J.J.

Client, a Rutgers student, was charged with Aggravated Assault after an incident where another student suffered head injuries including brain bleeding. After, an investigation was conducted by the firm, all assault charges were dismissed against client.

People v. E.H.

Client charged with 2nd D.W.I. Offered 30 days in jail. After suppression hearing, prosecutor revised offer and client pled to a disorderly conduct resulting in no license suspension and no criminal record.

State v. A.W.

Client charged with felony drug offenses and subject to extended term at sentencing. Client acquitted of all charges at trial.

State v. S.D.

Client was charged with 2nd Degree Possession of C.D.S. With Intent to Distribute and a Firearm. Charges were dismissed the week of jury selection.

State v. S.T.

Client charged with second degree aggravated assault and possession of a firearm. All charges dismissed against client after motion to preclude identification filed.

U.S.A. v. R.J.

Client indicted on felony federal drug offenses and determined to be a career offender exposed to 150 months. Client pled to a felony drug offense with the government recommending 30 to 60 months of federal prison. After sentencing arguments, client sentenced to one day with post release supervision.

State v. D.P.

Client charged with unlawful possession of a firearm. After an investigation was conducted, and motion was filed, the matter was dismissed.

People v. M.V.

Client charged with grand larceny. Firm was retained for trial in the matter. After conducting an investigation and meeting with the prosecutor, all charges were dismissed against client.
